Need A Meaningful Gift?

on December 10, 2012

If you want to purchase a lovely gift for someone this year, one that makes a difference to a family, then check this out.

Once Was Lost is selling beautiful items (like a certain bracelet that I want) and 50% of their proceeds can go to help a specific family fund their adoption. By specific, I mean if you type the family’s name into the “notes to seller” box then the proceeds will go to that family.

For example: Varun and Amelia, who I only know through Amelia’s blog, are in the process of adopting a child from India. If you buy one of these amazing items (bracelets, necklaces, shirts, bags, pillows) and write “Varun and Amelia” in the ‘notes to seller’ box then 50% of those proceeds go to Varun and Amelia to help them cover all of their adoption fees.

I want this bracelet:

Are you listening Santa? This bracelet is brass, which is sweet because there is no nickel in brass so I won’t be allergic to it. It’s also only $10. What? I know, right!

So, if you’re looking for a sweet gift this year that will really give to a family who could use it, then check out this site. You won’t be sorry!

PS, if you buy this for me then you will be my new best friend. No pressure.
